   I’ve been too many xs to count, as I used to travel to HCMC for work (better known as Saigon locally). My only caution is phone security but not personal safety. Just be sensible how you display or carry your phone. I was pick pocketed in Hanoi personally but know a few pick pocketed in HCMC. Very safe but usual sensible precautions

   Very safe but like anywhere else – just common sense. The Night Entertainment Streets don’t actually get busy until after 9:00 PM.
