Meant to be going on 3rd April, think it is unlikely Qatar will be flying through Doha by then waiting for them to extend full refund, to April, but that probably wont happen for another 10 days. Flights for the 3 of us with other airlines approx £2000 more. So looking like we will have to cancel our trip. Everything else is super expensive, as Easter and half term. So looking like we will be going to Europe in our camper instead.
Cancelled our flight for 15 March – Uk to Hanoi via Abu Dhabi. unlikely flight will go anyway but if it did the Government advice is against travelling so travel insurance is invalid. All other flights avoiding Middle East are thousands one way. Then there’s the return issue 🤷🏼♀️ …. So disappointed but necessary choice. Next year ✔️
Im going in April and cant wait!!! I already know it will be one of the best trips of my life (and I travel a lot!)
