Hi just arrived in Hanoi tried to withdraw money out of vbank, was asking for pin, but the digits were for a 6 pin… put 00 first then pin but was rejected saying Wrong pin… tried twice but then gave up….

   Was there last week, put 4 digit pin, max withdrawal, we tried 3 mill but I think the max is 5 mill each day. Sometimes the bank runs out of cash so if pin failed maybe try another ATM just in case that’s the reason.

   I have a wise card and I was only able to get money out from certain atms. I stick with TP bank

    I have a Moneywise card and forgot that my withdrawal pin was different from my check in pin…didn’t it 3 times and of course now locked out….stupid me🙄 now have to ph Australia
