I’m currently in Hanoi and using my European adapter
Yep that’s fine – typical EU plug on the other end.
Its perfect
I just came back from Vietnam and stayed In 3 different hotels and this is the only adapter that fit.
So are European (not uk) ok to use in Vietnam or is it USA?
That’s ok
Great thanks will take both for what room they take 👍
The pictured device is NOT an electrical current converter and will NOT convert the 220 volt current in Vietnam to the 110 current used in the USA.
I learned this the hard way. If you’re using US electronics they are made to run on 110v, make sure you get a step down converter that takes the power from 220v to 110v if not some gadgets will fry.
You can use both.
