   I just let mosquitoes bite me til I have no more blood for them to bite lol. Actually I bought stuff to prevent mosquitoes, but I rarely use it when I’m in Vietnam, I just have to be careful and deal with it.

   A short answer from myself, who has been seven times. Good hotels (mid tier and above) don’t seem to have a problem I’ve also noticed that some taxi drivers have a diffuser of lemongrass oil as a deterrent and/or deodoriser.

   I’ve been bitten by more mosquitoes in Texas than in Vietnam. I don’t remember getting bitten once in Vietnam and we stayed for two weeks.
