   I haven’t been to Sapa but friends of mine who did didn’t enjoy it at all. Kids being forced to work and hawkers everywhere they said.

   Sapa was the jewell of my Trip to Vietnam, I stay in 2 really beautifull Hotels, La Coupole, and Topaz Ecolodge, in the top of a mountain. Amazing, solo beautifull!

   I did a day trip to Ning Binh from Hanoi last year however it would be good to stay one night making it a 2 days 1 night trip to let you better explore . I went to Sapa end of Nov 2025 , nice perfect weather without rain and a trekking tour at the villages making it without regret
