I’m from USA and brought my debit card with me But it’s on the Discover network and I’m totally unable to withdraw cash.
I would find a nice friend from your country, you can etransfer and they take out cash for you!
Find an expat who’s willing to give you cash if you transfer them money. We did this for a fellow who was in need.
That happened to a guy I met in BKK. He asked me if he could transfer money to my account and I withdrew it from ATM for him. (He’s Aussie from Sydney and me from Perth)
We arrive Friday to Hyatt Danang. If you need us to withdraw cash we can and you can zelle us if it helps
Can you have someone, or perhaps even yourself, send you cash via Western Union? The fee is not outrageously expensive and you can collect the money from most banks in Vietnam. Look into it!
