We used it last year and had no problems either using as debit card in restaurants or shops or withdrawing from ATM we used the purple bank VP I think no withdrawal fees
I been here 2 weeks. Been using my Wise and Revolut cards for payments of food drinks, entrance fees. Just in past week some are charging 3%
