   Can someone explain to me why people use Wise cards and similar. Why not just use your normal ATM cards. They work just as well and banks usually provide competitive exchange rates. My cards also have no international fees so that’s an added bonus. Not bagging people for using them. I’m just curious why. I feel they are a legacy product from a time when ATM cards didn’t work internationaly or banks charged ridiculous fees

   Wise card is just a Visa card with branded Wise logo. So wherever accept Visa, your card will work
