DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! We were told it takes 3 hours from Tam coc to ha long bay. Driver was 1 hour late picking us up. Further more driver is rude and reckless. Stops along the way to pick up locals, pick up and drop off packages and stops to see his friends. Turned into a 6 hour journey. Booked through 12go and was told this is the best service around, paid extra for premium. Save yourself the hassle and choose a different operator.

I took the luxury limousine vans everywhere from Hanoi to Sapa, Hanoi to Halong Bay, Halong Bay to Ninh Binh, Ninh Binh to Hanoi, Da Nang to Hue, Hue to Hoi An.
Had a similar experience with this company. Very rude drivers.
When they pull over at random bus stops and try and convince people not to take the bus, smoke a cigarette and then head off. Hanoi to Halong bay took me 4hours
