Hi all,
Arriving in Saigon a week Tuesday from Cambodia at 7:30pm. I know it’s busy season so just wondering what the arrival traffic has been like. If Fast Track is worth it. We will still have to wait for our luggage and planning on getting our ESIMs set up with Viettel. Don’t want to be at the airport for hours since we’re arriving in the evening.

5k dong was definitely a good call.
I’ve been numerous times before so I don’t mind travelling on the bus as I’m in no immediate rush but I totally understand if people arriving for the first time (or late at night) pay for a taxi.
The bus drops off at Ben Thanh and from there it’s a short ten minutes stroll to my hotel – simple.

‘All booths manned by 1 Officer. However each booth could have 2 Officers, one either side. This means throughput could be doubled with no infrastructure change if they used more staff.”
Did you happen to notice if they had doubled up in the booths?

5,000 Dong, not bad compared to paying for fast track and a taxi. That could be well over 1m Dong.
