    You can get 50cc and small electric legally in Vietnam. Even with our idp we can only get these.

    You can rent an electric motor scooter or a 55 and under cc without a drivers license. Anything bigger or gas powered you need a drivers license the electric ones are great. I rented them quite frequently. They are very good almost 50 kph
