I wondered this as I have a prescription vape, I have a card to say that my vape is a prescription from quit clinic with my name on it. my vape juice has my prescription label on it. My vape device has writing on when it was manufactured stating it is a prescription device.
I couldn’t get vapes in Phnom Penh Cambodia or Da Nang Vietnam. I did get them in HCMC 300,000 vnd. You don’t see many people using vapes. And when I asked about vapes I was told no one sells them because of the fine. And if I do get one bin it before you go to the airport.
It’s illegal in Vietnam and should be everywhere. Read the consequences of vaping re: cancers in the mouth and throat. Take patches and give up smoking.
