   I just asked my Vietnamese friend and she says Vaping is legal in Vietnam. Not sure if you can bring in from another country but can buy here

   Yes, I took mines and make sure you have enough vape juice as you can only get it in the black market here. Put it in your hand held luggage. No one cares if you vape here but you just can’t get them here.
