   Just be prepared. I had a 2 day bout of symptoms ( had to cancel a tour), just bring some OTC meds, pain reliever, and electrolyte powder. It helped me recover in 2 days. Im glad too to had my Hep A vac too. It can happen anytime. Just be prepared. I work in healthcare for 20+ years, even though the chances were slim since I was prepared and careful….it happens. Just be prepared 👍

   I would bring some probiotics and prep my guts before I eat since the last thing you want in a trip is food poisoning!

    Oh yes, 99% of the tourists who ask if they are going to get food poisoning get food poisoning on the first day. Avoid eating and drinking anything for the first 7 days, you will be fine!
