Just back from ho Chi Minh two days later violently ill then the flu off work for a week

Arrived home yesterday after travelling south to north for a month.
you can get food poisoning from the fresh vegetables because your body isn’t use to the microbes to the region yet. Give yourself 3-4 days to acclimate before consuming and pick places that are sanitary wherever possible.
The attached picture was our worst food, street vendor in a small alley near temple of literature. Totally local. It was cold, and unappealing. Yet we didn’t experience any stomach ache.
6 weeks in Vietnam. Got food poisoning once after eating all day in sun world restaurants on Phu Quoc.
Be careful with raw veggies, actually anything which is raw.
Just came back from hanoi holidays. We went on a streetfood tour with buffalo joe ( https://flavorsofhanoi.com/about-us/ ) i loved the food and the company 😉 it was a lot of fun and: the places we went – i had no problems with the food 😉 really recommend him 😉
I have just got back from Hanoi. Absolutely incredible city.
Go to the busy places! That food isn’t hanging out too long.
