Vietjet. Ist ever flight with them. Ho chi minh to nha trang. Only a 45minute flight. Delayed 4 hours, 2 gate changes. Staff were rude, worst customer service. Unhelpful. First and last time I fly them.
Someone should call him out for his company’s charging customers when their carry on bags are slightly over 7kg. It is unnecessary and makes the company seem greedy.

I already fly with vietjet air over 10 times only once problem in ho chi Minh waiting nearly 2 hours go waiting fly to Hanoi. Fly to Japan it was smooth tho early arrive.
