Worst airline in the world
We’re they 2 hours late?
They are terible for me. We travailled with 2 carry on ( 14kg) and one small bag for my laptop. And they said my bag with laptop is also carry on. So they charged me overweight 800,000 VNĐ . I never had this issue with other many airlines. 😢
Cheap and worst.
I prefer seeing on-time departure over the boss lady herself

Vietjet is the absolute worst airline I have ever flown on! I was sat with 2 other Aussie boys who were over 6ft. The rest of the plane I noticed had 2 spare seats per every passenger. The female flight attendant said there were no spare seats after the light had already gone green and we were flying. The male one ended up sitting me next to another gentleman but also next to the toilets. The Vietnamese gentleman was kind and the Aussie boys were grateful spoke up, it was also really hot and the air con wasn’t working. An Indian guy also tried to get a seat to himself because the entire back section was empty and they wouldn’t let him
Cheap and worst airline i ever fly. Vietnamese staff at Vietnam airport had the worst customer service including the manager. They don’t care if they lost customer or so. My incident with them is that both myself and the misses had 2 separate booking because I book my one last minute. However we both purchased extra check luggage . At VN airport the vietjet staff doesn’t count our check luggage as one due to we had 2 separate booking. The vietjet staff requested us to separate our luggage otherwise they won’t let us fly. We make a complaint to the manager with no luck. The vietjet manager was very rude and he said to us if we don’t like then don’t fly with them. Since then for the last 2 years we been flying with Vietnam airlines and jetstar
They would have flown Vietnam Airlines for comfort 😂😂
