As a fellow viatnam traveler in Saigon I was sorry to see a homeless family with a little girl, staying on the steps of a building across the intersection from Ben thanh market, they did not ask, but I helped them out with some money, I am not asking or telling fellow tourist to do the same, but the family would sure appreciate some left over change, which Iam sure would help them and others like them with little kids begging in the area.
