I suspect user error on your part; or, you’re trying to plug for the agents.
I paid a 3rd party like 180 and got it in 3 hours & skipped the immigration line

Doesnt have to be Evisa… Do paper visa instead, if u have the time. It takes about 10days when I got mine.

Hard to tell you why without seeing your finalised application before you paid for it.
A Do it on your phone , not computer or I pad , as the phone remember your details If you have to do it all again.
Try a different browser.. my edge browser doesn’t work, but Chrome does
I recommend Johnny Visa . I struggled trying to do it myself. It took 4 days with basic information. Very professional
The government website is the only source I use if I’m doing everything myself. If there are any issues, try a different web browser, or you may have to wait until after the Tet holiday when somebody can address any specific errors you are encountering. Everything should open back up on Monday, February 23rd. I have applied for over 10 visas to visit my partner in Hà Nội. On occasion, she has found me a visa agent if we encountered issues and we were more desperate. I would say, always give yourself about 2 weeks, but when it’s not Tet, I usually can depend on 3 business day turnaround. Very efficient, and very trustworthy.
