DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! We were told it takes 3 hours from Tam coc to ha long bay. Driver was 1 hour late picking us up. Further more driver is rude and reckless. Stops along the way to pick up locals, pick up and drop off packages and stops to see his friends. Turned into a 6 hour journey. Booked through 12go and was told this is the best service around, paid extra for premium. Save yourself the hassle and choose a different operator.

And no we didn’t select the cheapest. It was the most expensive option they offered. 1.8mil for 4. Private was only 200k more
Thats there pocket money picking up locals and delivering passengers Even Green government busses outside cities do the same

This is the differrence between face to face travel agents and unreliable online third parties. When I mentioned to this, a lot of people laughed at me and said because I am a travel agent, then I badmouthed the others
Horrible company. Had to change busses 2x with big confusion. Other 2 busses looked nothing like the pic. Even picked up and dropped off local person…

Unfortunately my experience of 12Go when in Vietnam was pretty poor as well.

Wow, all the keyboard warriors out there with the negative comments. Your comments are pathetic, This post was simply to warn others. We have used private transportation for all of our rides and thought this would be more comfortable for a family of 4. We didn’t pay “peanuts” is was almost the same price as private. The agency does not tell you what company they use, just tell you what you’re going to get. Pretty hard to do research. We are experienced travellers, have spent over 180 days in Vietnam over the last 3 years. If you don’t have any useful comments, move on.
