Hi we are a family of 4 with 10 and 12 years old kids coming from USA. How much cash would be enough for two weeks? We are not planning to use our ATM card. Will use credit card as much as we can.

I feel like TripAdvisor and Lonely Planet are becoming too "touristy". Everything they recommend is packed with people. Does anyone have a secret for finding local spots that aren't on the main radar yet?

I would like to go on the coconut basket boats in Hoi An , do we just turn up ? (grab I assume as staying at Hadana boutique resort) as not sure what to expect , are prices all similar , any advice recommended
