First and only time using 12go...I tried to book the 9:35pm train to Sapa. They told me it was full so I would be on the 10:40pm instead. Fine. They then sent me an itinerary and a voucher with conflicting times, one said 10pm, one said 10:40pm. I asked them to correct it and they never got back to me. Chapa Express then contacted me to confirm my departure time...
I booked all my accommodations to Vietnam with Booking but now I’m getting some messages on WhatsApp asking me to confirm my reservation or it will be cancelled. Are they scammers trying to get personal info? I’ve replied to them to contact me via Booking only and I have blocked them. Anybody experienced this issue??

We just landed in Ho chi minh at 11 am! They didn’t even asked for the evisa! Although I entered the number when i checked on our flight at Cathay pacific. I just found it weird that no one asked at all! Oh and the line ups in immigration….no need to get the fast track! We were out in less than 20 minutes! All the hype about evisa and fast...

I have submitted my E-Visa application and have been informed that my portrait photo has to be submitted again, do I have to go through the whole process and pay again, as I cannot figure out how to upload a new portrait photo onto the original application, Thankyou.
