We arrive in Phu Quoc on 18th February and I hadn’t realised it was Tet….. I am now struggling to find any budget accommodation in phu Quoc. Does anyone know any places that may still have budget rooms available?Thank you

    Also consider that being the major holiday period that you pay major surcharges no matter where. Also all restaurants etc will charge a surcharge. My wife works over Tet and receives her salary x 3. Guess who is paying her ? 😂

    You’ve unfortunately hit the busiest time of the year — Tet is peak domestic travel season, and Phu Quoc fills up fast, especially budget places.
