   In our most recent trip with Vietjet, FEB 23, SGN – HPH, we were snaking through the queue to check in our luggage, and languishing in the line for 2 hours. Luckily we got to SGN 3.25 hours before a domestic departure time. VJ was advancing flyers in the queue that was already late, thus adding to our wait time. There were 3 agents working, and there were passengers waiting in queue for at least 6 different flights. That was a big mess. One consolation, our flight was delayed for 45 minutes, so all good, if you count that tardiness as a plus for VJ 😞
