The payment agency is the third party; that said not easy to contact directly neither that agency nor immigration. It has been reported numerous times here and play along with that to success.

Got my Evisa via email after 84 hours, 20 minutes and 15 seconds to be exact 😅
Let me know if you can beat my time.

Also…
For our Payment Failure experts…
Regarding “Payment Failure”…
Does there seem to be any rhyme , reason, or pattern to this?
I have one card that gets rejected every time.
My bank helper for this card assures me she sees no issues with processing International payments.
Another card is accepted every single time. (Thankfully.)

RE: Post #12 and ” The upside down facial scan”…
I am happy to report that despite the inverted facial scan, my request processed.
Perhaps it was just something on the Government’s website end.
Hope this helps someone.

Great, thanks Scott.
“So I would not have to pay for a passport photo ?”
No, a selfie is enough.
Scott
So I would not have to pay for a passport photo ? Just someone take photo with me in front of white background with phone and as long as it fits well into the visa application frame , < 2MB then all is OK ?
“facial scan”
Upload a passport sized photo.
Can be a selfie.
Shoot wide and crop to reduce distortion and reduce file size.
Has been discussed here countless times.
Easy.

Re: Post 8 and my upside down facial scan…
I used the exact same photo on my previous three applications, and they all uploaded properly.
As stated, even uploading my facial scan in an inverted format, the result was the same.
The Government website still indicated a 90%+ photo match.
Hope this helps someone.
