   We used techno bank. 66,000 service fee and then whatever your bank charges. Max u can take out is 3M.

   VP bank are good – no fee – there are 3 VP ATMs in Danang, but all the other side of the Han river, not My Khe side. Other ATMs charge up to 3%! If you have a safe in your room brining cash is easier. I wasn’t comfortable brining loads of cash for 45 days in Vietnam so I use VP bank.

   There are two ATMs at Vincom Plaza. They are at the WinMart entrance on the outside. Decline the currency conversion for the best rate.
