Tam Coc Sunshine Homestay or Tam Coc Moment Homestay

Hello

I had no idea Ninh Binh was such a sprawling area!

Could someone please advise which of these two homestays would offer a more convenient location for access to shops, eateries, etc.?

I’m having trouble choosing between them, or are there any other options we should be considering?

We are two older women in our sixties ready for a bit of adventure 😜

If you do decide to stay at Moment, the husband Tommy is also a well known Ninh Binh tour guide FYI.

Wonderland is next to Sunshine, I stayed at Sunshine and could not fault anything but Wonderland also looked very good. They have a rice paddy outlook but are still only a short walk into town.

Sunshine isn’t that far away, but Moment is right in town.

So, countryside versus town filled with tourists? 😉

@scottj765 Thankyou… given we can’t ride motorbikes or bikes, maybe town will suit us better.

Can you help me decide on a good clean place?

      Thinking Catalina now 😩

The town of Tam Coc itself isn’t particularly large. People often refer to the entire area as Ninh Binh, but that’s actually the larger town a few miles from Tam Coc.

If you are in Tam Coc town everywhere is walkable. If you are in one of the more remote countryside hotels then you start to enter need transport territory.
