Rooftop bars in HCMC with a view, recommendations?

We will be in Ho Chi Minh City next month for our anniversary and I want to book one nice evening at a rooftop bar with a real view of the skyline. Not a backpacker party bar, something a bit more grown up.

Which rooftops are actually worth it and not just expensive for the view? Do you need to reserve a table in advance or can you walk in on a weeknight? We are staying in District 1 so anything central works.

Bonus points if the cocktails are actually good and not just sugary tourist drinks.
