Question? Is Ha Long Bay worth it? I have just spent the night onboard Doris Cruises. My honest opinion do it once and one night is enough. It’s a beautiful place. Be sure you check with your cruise you day activities. We were supposed to visit a cave that lit up and you can walk in but instead it was a very similar experience to Ninh Binh. Row boat through caves. A little disappointing considering we just did Ninh Bing the day before.Doris Cruises 🚢 boat – was it worth it… The service could not be faulted never could the food. The boat is another story- very tired. Cleanliness needs a lot of improvement, the beds are u comfortable and the sheets were torn and not fitted to the bed, meaning everything you rolled over they gather. For the extraMoney look for a super yacht- there are some really nice ones. So in summary, if I was to do it again, different boat for sure. But like I said, it’s one to tick of the bucket list.
