   I use it also but foreign credit cards are restricted to 3 mn VND per transaction. Multiple transactions are allowed though.

   Yep. Takes any Visa debit card and if your card has no fees it uses the exchange rate set with Visa. Use a fee free Visa debit card and it is free with good exchange rate.
