   We had two internal flights with them. They did NOT weigh our backpacks. But maybe if you have something larger they do.

   Yes and no, definitely less strict compared to the rest here, especially carry on, but I think they are tightening up. So to answer your question yes, if you’re lucky you may not pay more will really depend on the flight and person at the desk. In 15 years being here only paid 2 times with 100 plus flights with them but I had a lot of luggage from UC to hcmc to DaLat.
