Well, they’re supposed to be illegal. I guess if you wanna use it and break the laws of the country you’re visiting then I guess that’s up to you
I was there in November, brought my own with me and Juices. Really available by street vendors in the bigger towns. However when I ran out couldn’t get juice and I was on Cap Bar, Nil available there at all. Had to buy some cigarettes cost 58p 20 cigs with a lighter.
Have just left Ben Thanh Market area, vapes being sold everywhere but some tourists openly vaping….I would be a bit more respectful and keep it on the down low
They were banned in January last year but were easily purchased from street vendors and still see people sucking on the douche flute on a daily basis and yet to hear of a single tourist being fined, BUT… January this year saw the introduction of much higher fines for both users, sellers and premises allowing people to vape, so this may or may not reduce the current availability. Ironically, you can still smoke virtually everywhere. As for bringing them in to the country, they are definitely now a prohibited item.
Yes true illegal
It’s widely available in Vietnam
Suck on one and find out.
Yes
Here in the prison they all smoke vibes
I have never seen them where I am. It must depend where you go.
