Need to surf the embassy home page from your country to learn do and don’t.
It would be fine but Vietnam isn’t as toxic as North America. I was taking 1000mg vit C, 10K IU vit D, 1000mg Omega 3-DHA. Before I left, I loaded up on vitamin D for two weeks. It can buffer in your system for a long time. I brought no pills of any kind. We are walking for hours every day. That generates more vitamin D than I was taking. I drink a fresh orange juice every day. The place I go uses two oranges. That’s about 100mg vitamin C, minimum. I’ve been eating seafood every day so there’s no way I’m getting 1000mg of DHA per day but I’m getting a decent fraction. This is speculation but I believe I’m getting vastly better nutrition here than in NA while taking no supplements at all plus we are getting a lot of exercise. I’m sure my health will improve over the 90 days of our stay. I’ve lost a few pounds, also. Life is amazing and healthy in Vietnam, aside from the air pollution.
