Hi! What’s happening with the weather? Is this true? We are in Nha Trang now, on our way up to Hoi An, Da nang, Hue, Ninh Binh, Hanoi, Hallon bay and Sapa but the weather forecast only shows rain and clouds. Is it better to turn south or phu quoc and then take a flight to Da nang/Hanoi when the weather gets better? We have 4 more weeks.

Sapa is so misty you can’t see within 10 yards
Yap same here I’m in Nha Trang going northbound. I added some days here in hoping that it improves. To slow down my travel, I’ve added 4 days in Tuy Hoa as an intermediate stop over. Then Quy Nhon for maybe 4-5 days before getting to Hoi An .
Do what the locals do when it rains…:just deal with it. It’s warm rain. You’ll be fine.

Have just returned from 2 weeks in Hanoi, Halong Bay and Puloung, it was rainy, overcast and generally grey the entire time. We bought ponchos and just rolled with it. Still an experience one way or another
We’re in Hanoi now but can’t tell you if it’s cloudy due to the dense smog. It might rain, then again maybe not. It’s really all up in the air.
