Hi, planning a short girls trip to Hanoi and Sapa for 5 days.

Hi, planning a short girls trip to Hanoi and Sapa for 5 days. Plan to spend 2 full days in Sapa. Is it enough to cover all the places? Pls share your itineraries or local guides who could help. Can we get early morning check in for hotels in Sapa? We arrive by 6am and need to freshen up and eat before we start our tour. Thanks in advance.

Suggest you travel by train to save time. Sleeping at night on train, early morning get Sapa then having breakfast at some places where locals eat.

Standard check in time for hotels is 2 p.m. in the afternoon. Some hotels do let you check in before that time, if you let them know in advance (before arriving to the hotel), and usually they would charge extra fee for early check ins.
