Do you need an official passport photo or just white background will do?
The only official site there is.
You can visit evisa.gov.vn for your application, but I experienced some difficulty making a payment because my bank flagged it as potential fraud. So, I decided to go through Thom Pham instead, and it turned out to be a smooth and simple process. There was a small additional fee, but it was quite reasonable considering the convenience.
