Hi All, We are due to travel to Vietnam via Bangkok on monday, we are supposed to be staying in various locations for 3 weeks. My partner is worried about the fuel crisis caused by the current conflicts. Has anyone seen any signs of it affecting day to day life? My partner wants to cancel the holiday but I think its an over reaction. Could I please have peoples opinions. Thanks

No issue at all and have travelled north to south Vietnam! Do not cancel! Too many wonderful things to see here!
I’m in hoi an everything good . No change
And would it not take affect in your country ? I think pretty much every country is being affected one way or another
I’m in a car traveling through Vietnam atm. No fuel crisis here.
over past week, travelled from bangkok to chiang mai then plane to hanoi . just got private car to sapa. so far no problems. our driver mentioned fuel has gone up a bit but there is no shortage. hope this helps
Gas price has gone up currently so possibly the prices in other products will follow but why is that a concern?
Haven’t noticed anything different as yet
Fuel prices have gone up 50% meaning all bus and train tickets have also increased too. This has had on a knock on effect on all goods being sold that need to transported.
Overreacting. Fuel price has gone up by approx 30% but we have heaps, dont worry. Just buy lots of toilet paper instead to compensate
Everything is fine here in Vietnam. 🤗
