Has anyone had trouble with the Nostalgia hotel in Hanoi I received a email confirmation of my booking a few weeks ago then I sent an email today asking for an airport transfer and they now claim they are booked out and that I no longer have a booking any so I am due in Hanoi on Sunday and might not have a room for the 1st -4th of march any recommendations for the old 1/4 please

   I stayed at Hanoi Aria Central Hotel first few night then moved around. I came to realise this was the best budget hotel, just try and get the top room so you have windows. It’s quiet not far from train street and a bit more of a walk to get to lake area. Grab is so cheap if you are scared to cross the roads. Hotel never ran out of hot water, toilet flushed well, staff were super friendly and were happy for me to leave bags for free.
