Hanoi to Ha Long Bay followed by Sapa

My spouse and I (two senior travelers) are organizing a trip to Vietnam. We will be flying domestically from Da Nang into Hanoi, and checking into accommodation in the Old Quarter. Towards the end of our time in Hanoi, we intend to embark on a 2-day/1-night cruise, either in Ha Long Bay or Lan Ha Bay. Subsequent to the cruise, our goal is to reach Sapa. Considering both comfort and cost-effectiveness, we are weighing these options:

1. Is it possible to secure a shared bus or limousine service directly from Tuan Chau Marina to our hotel in Sapa?

2. Alternatively, should we return to the Old Quarter using the cruise shuttle bus, and then transfer to a shared limousine/bus bound for our Sapa hotel?

3. Or, is it better to take the shuttle bus back to the Old Quarter, and then hire a private car or taxi directly to our Sapa hotel?

4. Lastly, would a private taxi/car service from Tuan Chau Marina straight to our Sapa hotel be a viable option?

Our final leg involves traveling from Sapa back to Noi Bai International Airport (HAN) for our flight home, which is scheduled for 18:00.
