First and only time using 12go…

First and only time using 12go…I tried to book the 9:35pm train to Sapa. They told me it was full so I would be on the 10:40pm instead. Fine. They then sent me an itinerary and a voucher with conflicting times, one said 10pm, one said 10:40pm. I asked them to correct it and they never got back to me. Chapa Express then contacted me to confirm my departure time at 9:35pm. They insist I am booked on the 9:35pm and have even sent me new tickets after I requested it. 12go still insists i’m booked on the 10:40pm… I know a lot of people have had positive experiences, but I definitely will not be using 12go again.
