Feedback on Fast Track Arrival Service at Tan Son Nhat Airport (SGN)

I am curious if anyone has any reviews or recommendations regarding the use of a fast-track arrival service at Tan Son Nhat Airport. We are scheduled to land in HCMC at approximately 18:30 after a long day of flying and traveling, so we are exploring ways to bypass extended immigration lines.

Has anyone arrived in HCMC recently and can share their actual waiting period at the immigration counter? I was informed that we might face a 60-to-90-minute delay due to multiple international flights arriving concurrently.

All advice and suggestions would be highly appreciated.

    Hello

Honestly imo it is worth it for international arrivals only. The queue is unpredictable and can be 15mins but is just as likely to be 60mins or more. For between 15 and 25usd you can have someone meet you with your name on a sign and whisk you through in a couple of minutes. You might beat your bag but that’s fine, you can grab a seat, go to the loo, sort your phone out. All things you can’t do standing in the immigration queue.

I’ve used two different services and they were both much the same. You book, share your flight details etc. with the agent and they tell you where to meet their staff when you get off the plane. Coming from abroad I’d book without hesitation one of the services on Klook, GYG etc.

Come back and let us know how it worked out for you.

@69bertie Thanks for the information. I understand we will still need to wait at baggage claim. I was trying to find a way to help move us through immigration a little quicker than standing in a queue for a long time. We are older and I have two hip replacements and an issue with my knee.

Anyone who has actual experience with a provider, I would be interested in your feedback along with who you used for your service.

It is worth it. We were through international to domestic in under 1 hour. Bags did not take long at all. The queues on arrival were huge except fast track – only 2/3 people before us. We used Quyen visa and all went smoothly. Details on Facebook and she is highly recommended on Vietnam travel pages. Provided passport, flight details and oat before you arrive. One of her staff will be waiting to direct you when you land. There are many other people with the same service also highly recommended. We paid $20 usd pp as we arrived before 6am but usual fee is 15 usd.
