E-visa still ‘in processing’ after 6 days, flight in 9 days. Should I panic?

Applied for the e-visa last Tuesday and the status has been stuck on ‘in processing’ ever since. Six days now. The website says 3 to 5 working days, and I keep refreshing like it is going to change if I stare hard enough.

Our flights to Hanoi are in 9 days, non-refundable, and I am starting to spiral a little. Has anyone had theirs take longer than a week and still get approved in time? Is there anyone I can actually contact, or is it just wait and hope?

My partner applied the same day and got his approved yesterday, which somehow makes it worse. Same passport country, same everything. Do I reapply or does that make it messier? Any recent experiences would really help my sleep tonight.
