I think you mean Hepatitis A, not B, unless you are planning on injectable drug use with shared needles or unprotected sex with strangers. Hep A is transmitted in contaminated food or water.
My best advice is eat where locals eat and wash your hands religiously! Many food diseases you’ll get are from millions of dirty hands that have touched everything!

I’m from UK I been here 3 weeks most I got food poisoning because it only place open for food in remote village. It was empty, advice drink bottle water, don’t swim in unclean water. Eat at places are busy. Locals don’t go where make them sick.
