Currently in Hanoi until Sunday. Then 4 nights in Da Nang, 3 nights on Pho Quoc Island and 3 nights in HMC. So far I have tried: Banh Cuon, Banh Xeo, Pho Tron, Bun Cha, Nem Nuong, Nha Trang’s, and Vietnamese Coffee (condensed milk). What else should be on my list?
