Hello there!

I’m heading back to Vietnam for my fourth visit, with my most recent journey being in 2019 before the global pandemic.

Although there’s nothing new for me to experience in Hoi An, I absolutely adore Cao Lau and Mi Quang.

Are there any establishments in both Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi that prepare outstanding renditions of these signature dishes? Do these restaurants manage to source the specialized noodles directly from Hoi An?

What about other popular Hoi An specialties? Ideally, locations wouldn’t be too far from Districts 1 or 3, if possible.
