I got a crown in Hanoi about 18 years ago for $60-$70. It’s still in great shape, no issues now, just a black line around the base because it’s metal, but I don’t care since it’s a molar. I also got another one in NYC for $1k and the quality was basically the same. Just make sure to take your time finding a good dentist in Vietnam

The prices are great, but the overall quality is not the same. You don’t know what you’re getting. It could be a high quality implant from a great US or European manufacturer or a Chinese knockoff. Buyer be ware.

Cleaning will be ok, simple composite will be ok. Be careful choosing a good clinic if your cavities are bigger than just chipped off, root canals, or crowns or any major works that wouldn’t show any damage until at least 2-3 years later. Some implants got done in Việt Nam we saw in our clinic back here in Canada looked very good, but also depend on the clinic you choose.

I don’t know if Vietnam guidelines in infection control like the USA. If sterilization is not good, you will get transmitted diseases like HIV, Hepatitis. Plus if there are problems you have to go back to vietnam to fix? That would be another airline tickets and time off from work. I wouldn’t recommend.

Since we are from abroad. Put your safety first and then the price ! Vietnam is very polluted and any implant or gum surgery has to be very careful. Any infection after the dental work happened after you leave Vietnam and going back your home country. The local dentists will not treat it.Be extremely careful when choosing the right clinic!!!
