Calling at Hanoi, Bac Kan, Ban Gioc, Ban Ne, Ha Giang (+ Ha Giang Loop), Thong Nguyen, Sapa, Lai Chau, Dien Bien Phu, Mu Cang Chai, Tram Tau, Bac Yen, Mai Chau, Ninh Binh, Vinh, Phong Nha, Quang Tri, Khe Sanh, A Luoi, Hui, Hoi An, Son My, Tra Mai, Mang Den, Quy Nhon, Tuy Hoa, Nha Trang, Phan Rang, Dalat, Da Huoai, HCMC, Vinh Long, Can Tho, Soc Trang & back to HCMC. Australia is not a signatory of the 1968 Vienna Convention on Road Traffic, which means it is not possible to ride fully legally with an Australian license alone. While converting your license into a temporary Vietnamese license is an option, the procedure is complicated and time-consuming.
