SapaBe aware when booking— the tiered rice fields are green in June and July, yellow in August and September and then brown the rest of the year. OMG I didn’t know we had to apply for an e-visa to go to Vietnam. We are travelling to Hanoi in July - we have 3 nights. I would like to see Sapa, Ninh Binh, halong but can’t do everything and i don’t want to spend my days in queues behind thousands of tourists - any recommendations?
