What is the name of the market in HCMC where you can get fake name brands for less. I don't mean buy them anywhere along the streets. As I understand it, the stores are all together in one area. Is it Bến Thành or some other place?

Update : how can i tell if a gold shop has correct license for currency exchange? ORIGINAL: Now that (many) gold shops can't do currency exchange... will I easily find an official currency exchange place open on a Sunday in HCMC city centre? I guess banks will all be closed then. I want to exchange cash USD for dong. Thanks!
